Credit card deduction for unknown account

Dear community

I have a premium account that is linked to my profile and being deducted monthly in a correct manner.

However, since two months there is a monthly debit on one of my other credit cards, which i can not figure out who it belongs.

How can i find out, whose profile is charging this credit card against my will?

First of all, could you please check if there is any other Spotify account linked to your email addresses or if someone with access to your card subscribed to Premium on their account?
To find possible other accounts linked to your email addresses, you can:

1. Go here
2. Tap on Forgot your password?
3. Then you put all your email addresses (one each time) and if there is a Spotify account linked to any address, you'll get an email helping you out to change your password.

If you find another account, go to the account overview website and double-check if there is an active Premium subscription.
