Cuando quiero registrame me dice que mi mail ya está siendo usado en la actualidad

Cuando quiero registrame me dice que mi mail ya está siendo usado en la actualidad

Hola !

 

El problema que tengo es que cuando quiero configurar una nueva cuenta y volver a registrarme con un nuevo nick (ya sé que debo abrir de nuevo una cuenta para cambiar el nick porque os lo consulté hace poco)  me dice que mi nuevo mail ya está siendo usado y no es cierto ya que lo uso solo yo y no lo he utilizado aquí. Por tanto, no puedo crear una cuenta nueva.

 

Cómo puedo solventarlo?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly (which you can do in spanish) using the online contact form they will be able to get this sorted out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
