I had a Premium account. Now I have upgraded to Premium for family.

When I look in the dashboard, Spotify tells me I am using Spotify Free. All invoices are however paid, I do have the family dashboard and I can store music offline.

I have seen adds before where spotify asks me to upgrade while I allready had premium.

Is this something I can Fix somehow?

Using a Premium account shouldn't give you advertise about upgrading to Spotify Premium. 

 

Please follow the below troubleshooting steps to see if you can resolve the issue

 

  1. Make sure that Spotify is no longer running (Spotify » Quit Spotify)  
  2. Manually delete these folders:
    ~/Library/Caches/com.spotify.Client 
    ~/Library/Application Support/Spotify 
  3. Delete the Spotify application in the Applications folder
  4. Restart your computer at this point. 
  5. Reinstall Spotify (download

Hi.

I get this on the website of Spotify. I do not have the program running.

When I click on the advertisement, it asks me to enter payment details too now.
