Anyway to contact someone from Spotify after two days of attempts?!?!
I had a free trial, yous took the money finally and walllllah my Spotify is not working anymore after me signing up to a $9.99 deal and being charged $12.99
God darn this is poor service

What's your case number? I'll be more than happy to escalate it. 

 

Although, you said you were charged $12.99, which sounds like you got your subscription through iTunes. I'd check https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ to see if you have a charge there, and if you do, ask for a refund for that charge directly on that page. Then subscribe directly from Spotify at https://spotify.com/premium.
