Dad struggling to find his account

Hey everyone 

My dad is struggling to find his account. I suspect he’s created multiple but he’s quite distressed because he has created playlists with 1000s of songs he loved and now it’s all gone.

Is there a way/someone I can contact to get his account back? Or find a way to get it back?

Thanks for posting your question in the Spotify Community.

I understand how frustrated your dad can be for losing his playlists. Keep in mind that there are a few ways in Spotify to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. If he's not finding his account with his email, he can try logging in with these to find the account.

If after trying this, he's still not finding his Spotify account, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find their contact link here). They can assist further with finding the account.
