Database Error - Duplicate Entry Account

My Question or Issue

I've been using Spotify since 2017, the premium from 2018. A few days before, I log in to Spotify's website then I forgot the password because I never log out from any device I have.  In condition, I'm still logged in to my laptop so I try to find my password with log out my account (in laptop) then log in - because of i set to remember the password I can see the password (just click the button eye) - also I log in to the website too (I open the website from my phone).  

After that, I want to share what I listen to my Instagram, it's weird because nothing all I see only the camera. Then I think my Instagram is an error so I tried to another device (log in my Spotify and Instagram acc) and share, same happen.

So, today I tried to open shortlink to open my Spotify account, and it comes out.after i reset the password

"Database Error: Duplicate Entry 'xxxxxx' for key 'Primary'". And i tried to fix it with change my Spotify password, and this is happening "Database Error:
Table './sptfy_sptfy/stats' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed" 

So, anyone knows how to fix it? Please help me

thanks for posting in the community !

Please remove all devices listed here and give it another try.

A quick reinstall of the Spotify and Instagram apps might help as well.

As for the webpages try clearing your browser's cache and cookies memory.

Actually i'd ever uninstall or deleted all cache but not work.

My friend who know about programming help me, and he's can recover my spotify account. so my account its fine.
