Hello,

As far as I know any user that want to remove their account should get in touch via the contact form

Hope it works!

Maybe if you empty your browser cache, then sign out/sign in...

Here I get this screen:

Del. my firefox cache. And no 😞 its not working..

This is an facebook login used account, i have forget to say it.

Can this be the problem?

After i del my cache i logging out and del again, than i log in with my facebook login. But again i get: "oooop"

Yes this should be the problem.

Log into your Spotify using your Spotify username and password. Then there should be a "Disconnect from Facebook" option in preferences. Press that and your Spotify account will not be connected to your Facebook anymore.

After that you should be able to close the account.

Hm, also not working..

Read this:

Get this answer:

Disconnecting from Facebook is not possible if you have a Spotify account created with Facebook.

If i log in with facebook in my account i have no "disconnect from facebook" option.

Whats now :(((

Actually you need to do this in the desktop app, not in your browser!

Excuse me but how would you delete your account through the desktop app? Actually how do you delete your account forever? Cause I don't have my account connected to any social media and try click the links given and emailed support 3 times. So can I delete my account permanently?

Sorry if I haven't made myself clear. You need to use the Spotify desktop app to disconect your account from facebook. Then you'll be able to delete it.
