Deleted Playlist by Spotify after having changed plan

I created my Playlist before submitting the premium plan, then, after a few months I decided to go back to the free plan and suddenly all my Playlists has been deleted (not by me). 

How can I restore them?

My first suggestion is that you check your account page.

If the information is correct, please follow these steps:

1. Under Account, select Recover playlists.
2. Click Restore by the playlist you want to recover.
3. Open Spotify and find the restored playlist at the bottom of your playlist collection.

Tip: You can also use keyboard shortcuts to immediately undo something you deleted:

• Cmd+Z (for Mac)
• Ctrl+Shift+Z (for Windows)

Don’t see it?

You may have created the playlist with another account. Try logging in with different details.

I have been curating a very important playlist for YEARS that had several hundred of my favorite songs of various related genres.

I haven't accessed it in a few months, but today I tried to add a song to it and it's not in my account.  I've looked several times in several ways on several devices, and it is nowhere to be found.

I don't ask much of Spotify.  I have maybe 2 or 3 dozen playlists... most with less than 100 songs.  my default Favorite list is my largest, coming in at less than 2000! 

I'd really appreciate any ideas.
