Deleting an account

Deleting an account

I would like to Delete my Spotify account as i never use it and my 30 days free trial ends tomorrow.

Hey! 🙂 

 

Just make sure you have cancelled your free trial by following the steps in this help page. If you don't cancel you will be billed automatically. 

 

Once you have cancelled, your account will simply revert to Spotify free and you will not be charged again. If you want to delete your account completely, just follow the steps in this post

I can't find it. Could you do it for me if i gave you my user name and password? It would really help.

Unfortunately I can't do that for you as I don't work for Spotify. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get this sorted for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
