Device Password - "There was a problem sending your e-mail, please try again later "

Device Password - "There was a problem sending your e-mail, please try again later "

Hi,

 

i'm trying to get this device Password but there comes always the message:

 

There was a problem sending your e-mail, please try again later.

 

Since a few days.

 

I got Premium and want to use it, but i cannot create a Device Password..

Can anyone help me?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Can you try a different browser? 

This is not the only post about this issue I have seen lately, hopefully it is just a temporary blip and will resolve itself soon. I have made the community staff aware of this issue to, so hopefully they can look into it.

Another Browser didnt helped.

So i have to wait 😕

I have now tried this using Chrome and Safari on OS X and Internet Explorer on Windows 7. All of them give me "There was a problem sending your e-mail, please try again later ". I have a premium subscription so in my understanding I should be able to get a Device password?

Yes you should.

The community staff are aware of this issue, so hopefully it can be fixed soon!

Just been talking to one of the community staff. This issue is known and they are looking into it, however as it is the weekend it might take some time. 

 

You can request a device password manually by getting in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form if you would rather not wait!
