Did not receive Promotional package after paying

While on Spotify Free, I responded to an Ad which promised Spotify Premium for 3 months for S$9.90. I made my payment on 29/06/16. However, after I made my payment, I checked my subscriptions and it showed that my subscription is valid only till 29/07/16. What's going on?

We've checked your account and seen that it wasn't elegible for the win-back offer. This promo was destined for users that had canceled their subscription before the 19th of Apr 2016.
