Bought a spotify card and redeemed it for 2 months unlimited. It still says I have spotify free.
When I redeemed the code it said I had redeemed for 2 months. But apparently I haven't got it.
Hello, @havsa99! There are a number of reasons as to why you didn't get two monts of Unlimited. What does it say under the subscription status line on the account overview page? Also, make sure to check all the steps outlined in this thread.

It seems like you've used the code on another account. Do you have your account linked to Facebook? Try logging in with both your Facebook details & username and password.
dont have it connecte dto facebook. and i very sure i've used it on this account
All right. Just get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.
I've just a look on the system and there is no sign of a subscription on the account registered to your e-mail address.
