Direct debit

I use a direct debit to pay for my Spotify. But yesterday I noticed that I had "iTunes loembourg/Bill" taking 129 SEK from my account. This month the same "name" was about to take 18 SEK, so I got suspicious. Another reason I got suspicious was that the money had been charged different dates every month. So I thought someone had hacked into my I tunes account. So I blocked my card. My two questions are:
What has Spotify anything to do with iTunes?
Why was it about to charge me 18 SEK when it should charge 129 SEK?
