Disable shuffle at account level by default

Premium plan and we use spotify on android phone, win10 desktop, and Alexa. Why not let me disable shuffle mode by default at account level, instead of fussing with Alexa every damned day? My famil is going nuts trying to figure out why alexa is always set to shuffle, and laptop isn't, and android phone is sometimes yes/no.

Take a look at this page for all commands you can use with your speaker. Toggling shuffle mode being one of them.

that doesn't address the primary problem: it's defaulting to auto shuffle mode. I already know how to disable it each time, but I want an account level setting to keep it off. Get shuffle out of my life.
