Disabled account...premium playlists lost??

My Spotify Premium account was linked to my mom's credit card. After several months, she forgot that she had given me permission to link the account to her card and, unaware of what "Spotify" was, she became concerned by the monthly charge and denied the payment. Spotify then disabled my account. Now when I try to log onto to Spotify using the username for my Premium account, it instead opens an account that I made several years ago (with a different email) that was linked to my facebook... and all of the playlists I made on my Premium account are nowhere to be found. I would like to provide new payment info to reactivate my Premium account, but I want to make sure that I will regain access to the playlists I had created before. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to easily retrieve your playlists after your premium subscription was cancelled. If you were using a Facebook account to log in, try logging into Spotify using the email and password for Facebook rather than clicking "Log in with Facebook" itself. If you cannot find your playlists after that then trying going to the spotify website where you should be able to log into your account with the Facebook login if that's what you use and under the column on the left there is the "Recover Playlists" button. When you click under the "Recover Playlists" page you will see all the playlists in the history of your account and hopefully you should be able to find some of your lost playlists here and if not then please get back to me through this forum. Again, if you do not use a Facebook account and I got you wrong, just do all the same things with the email you have been using and hopefully you should be able to recover your playlists through your account on Spotify.com.
