Disabled account

Disabled account


My account has been disabled because of a charge back from the bank when I was moving banks.

How can I get my account enabled. I have raised a support ticket #04316917. But have not received a response.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out in the community!
If you used the contact form, you should have gotten an automated email directing you back to the help pages. Reply to that email, even if it's a no-reply to bump up your case. If you haven't gotten one (and if you've made sure it's not on your Spam folder!) keep me posted so i can escalate the case from here.
