Student Discount and credentials

Hey guys!

So I cancelled my spotify subscription after I started being charged the regular price to get the student discount.

I took all the steps to re-acquire the discount, but it keeps saying my credentials are associated with another account. I am using the sames account and information as before.

Please help!

The Student Discount system is a bit tricky sometimes. Have you tried again via the proper website in your country? If it persists, you should contact support to have someone from Spotify check it for you. To do that, you can use the contact form, or sent them a message via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or Facebook!
