Disconnected from all devices but iphone I don't own taking over every night

Hi, There's an iPhone 5s taking over my account pretty much every night to put some weird french rap. It's always around 6pm, and almost always the same french rap artist. I've disconnected all other devices, did the same on Facebook and changed my facebook account - but still, the iphone 5s shows up.

It's not showing up anymore in the devices I can see in my account tab on spotify.com. Is there a bug somewhere? I'm a premium member and this is getting annoying.
