Discord wont show songs that are playing in spotify

Right so i connected my account - https://open.spotify.com/user/fenix%5B%E4%B8%89%E4%B8%83%5D?si=Y7xjTGVARj2RKuKTQ5NUFg to my discord but the songs that are playing wont show in my discord activity,  i made a new account to test it and everything worked fine, so my guess is that i have those characters in my username - fenix[(removed characters)] that are blocking it somehow also my profile link looks broken tbh and i had some issues before when i tried to post it on other sites.

The status only shows when you're listening to a song, it doesn't show that you're afk on Spotify.

Go to your settings, games, and turn off games being displayed when you're playing them.

This might work, if it doesn't, sorry.

i just logged out and in again and refreshed my discord and it works now

So, here's what I found out finally after fooling around with it, (and this may not be your problem, but you might want to check it out.) Discord won't show that you're listening to spotify if a song isn't actively playing. So, if you're like me and you were testing all of this out for hours with the spotify application open, but without a song playing, it'll never show your spotify statis or allow you to listen to music with other people. Personally, I really think they should change that, because it's *super* limiting, but ehh, it is what it is. Hope that helped.
