hello I've had spotify premium for quite sometime, and now I'm in college. an accredited us college. yet I can't even get to the point where I can prove my student status it just says i'm not elgible when I click the button to get started. I was going to contact billing about this but I can't find any way to get ahold of them directly.  which I think is stupid I mean i can see wanting to steer towards this comunity approch on tech support and feature support issues. but for billing issues that is usally something I need to talk to the actual company about.

amyway, I've been thinking the undiscounted price is a bit to much for how little I've been using it recently, the student price is more worth it and I am an offical us student to boot.  so if I can get help with this great, otherwise I'm likely going to cancel my subscription soon.

You will first need to cancel you subscription and wait until you are on the free plan. Then go to the student page to re-subscribe with the discount:
