Going by the cancellation screen on the Spotify website I get 0 songs on mobile once my premium cancelled. Is this right?!
Hi there,
Thanks for your post!
When you cancel your Premium subscription you won't lose any of your Liked Songs, Albums, Artists, Playlists and Podcast.
The only differences are that you'll get ad breaks every 30 minutes or so, and you won't be able to download music for offline listening on your devices.
Don't hesitate to give us a shout if you have more questions.
So why does it say "You won't be able to play any song, anytime on mobile"?
Hey,
Thanks for getting back to us 🙂
No worries. You can still play your favorite music after reverting to free.
On free service, there is no option to play songs on demand (pick and play). You can check this article for more information about how the Free and Premium service differentiate from one another.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and we'll make sure to pass it on to the right team.
The Community is here for you if there's anything else!
You won’t lose anything
it’ll just add ads
Hey there you, Yeah, you! 😁 Welcome - we're glad you joined the Spotify Community! While you here, let's have a fun game…
