Don't know my password ... help

Hello I signed up to spotify via playstation music

I have been given an id and I can use spotify premium on my ps4 no problem. The issue is I do not know my password to sign in on other devices. I have tried to reset my password using my playstation Id email, but that seems to not work. Is there anything I can do
