Double Billing

I have been billed twice on 3/2/16 for a single premium account.  What do I need to do to fix this problem.

Hey there @dgatto1, welcome to the Spotify community!

This can happen sometimes if you've pressed the upgrade button more than once when upgrading to Premium. You can use however the contact form here ( https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/ ) so that a Spotify staff member can take a look into this for you.

Please make sure to reply to the no-reply automated email you'll receive after you've sent the form to bump up your case. Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
