Double Subscription

Hi,

I subscribed to spotify premium by mistake when I actually wanted to subscribe to spotify family. Now, I have been charged twice for my account and it says the spotify family account will renew on 12th of March which is 20 days from now instead of the monthly renewal. I wanted to know if my family has access to premium accounts now and if I'd be charged twice again.

Hey @buttonxy,

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, your next payment date will likely be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription you were on.
