Subscribed through fido not working

Subscribed through fido not working

Hi,

So I have a Spotify premium subscription through fido. Now they say the subscription is still active on their end but when I open my account, I'm only getting access to the free version.
If there is anything that can be done on your part, please help.

Please reach out to Fido again so that they can take a closer look at this issue.
