Double billing issue still unresponded... After 3 weeks!!!

Good afternoon.

It has been three weeks today that I've raised a double billing issue with my Spotify account.

I've been doubly charged for your services since July 2014, for which I'm demanding £39.96 reimbursement (July + August + September + October => 4 No. months x £9.99 = £39.96).

Could you please contact me to sort this out without much fuss? I already a Spotify case No. and everything

The other alternative is for me to just cancel Spotify and possibly take this matter to the sometimes influential social media...

I hope I get this sorted soon... I really enjoy my Spotify service. But I refuse to pay it twice the actual price. I'll definitely cancel it if this isn't sorted out soon.

can you please tell us the last case number you've received + the date?

the case No. is #01969771 and the communication receipt e-mail was received on the 28/10/2014.
