Dubble payment every month. Why?

Dubble payment every month. Why?

I just found out that 99 kr goes two time every month (9/XX, 29/XX) to Spotify.

The withrawl for "Premium" is done the 9/XX and is not visible in my Spotify profile.
The other "Spotify XXXXXXXXXXXX-1" isnt visible anywhere in the profile.

 

What have happened and what can I do.

Hey there @elmlund and thanks for reaching out!

 

That sounds odd. Could you have pressed the upgrade button more than once? In any case you should use the contact form so that a member of the Spotify staff can look into this. Just remember to reply to the automated email you'll receive, even if it's a no-reply! Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
