Duo Account Won't let us listen on separate devices

Duo Account Won't let us listen on separate devices

So i signed up for a duo acct. My partner logged in under a new account. It will not let us use Spotify on 2 separate devices! Please help!!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, I recommend making sure that you're both not logged into the same Spotify account. You can head into the app's settings and then click on Account to see the username you're logged in with.
