Duo Address Authentication Failing

I recently upgraded to Duo to share the package with my wife, but although we live in the same house and typed in my provided address for verification, the linking failed as described in the attached photo (broadly translated - looks like you're trying to connect with someone from inside another country. It's only possible to connect with someone you live with). Is this because my original subscription is still UK based (even though I've changed payment information to an Austrian card)?

Yeah, that's likely because of where your payment method has been issued 🙂 You've mentioned that you've updated your payment method to one that's been issued in the country you're currently in, so those changes will take effect from your next billing date.
