Logged out of Spotify

I got logged out of my Spotify due to getting a new phone. I forgot my password but I remembered my Username. When I try resetting my password it created a new account and all my songs are gone. Please help. Username is “NomeyHemmy”

In Spotify, you can create an account using different credentials additional to the email, such as a Facebook profile, Google/Apple account and even a phone number.

We'd first suggest trying different credentials to see if you could recover the access following the steps in this article.

In case the issue persists, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support directly so they can look for your Premium account and help you further.
