Hola! queria pedir ayuda, yo tengo el plan duo, pero quiero cambiar al plan individual y no lo encuentro en los planes disponibles, ayuaaa

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the Community's official language.

If you want to switch from Premium Duo to Premium individual, you can try changing your subscription from your Account page > under "your plan" > "change plan". You could also try from this link.

If you still don't see the option, you'd need to cancel your current subscription and wait until your account reverts to the free service. Once that happens, you'll be able to subscribe to Premium individual without issues.
