My Question or Issue

I am in the military, stationed in Japan. The address for the primary account is in the United States, but my wife's account is for Japan and I do not have the option to change either profile. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out.

If you and your wife are both in Japan, you'll need a payment method that's been issued in Japan so that you can update your account's payment method which will update your country setting on your next billing date.

Once your country setting was updated to Japan, your wife should be able to join the Duo plan.
