E-mail and password dont match ?

I bought a new phone and today I tried to reach my premium spotify account. First I thought that I forgot my password, then I asked for a reset my password. I have this account more than a year and Spotify couldnt match my email and account name. I checked my mail and the latest mail that spotify sent me an email was a 2-3 months ago. But this verifies that this email is correct.

I already write this to spotify through anonymous contact. But I'm worried for my account. There will be hacking issue with my account.

I get no confirmation mail or anything related with it

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ - i tmight take a bit longer to receive a reply, but they will be able to search for your account using your email, any possible usernames and other info siuch as first six and last four, or paypal billing ID (if you pay)

the link that you have sent me is not working. A simple information page shows up and there is no any place occurs for me to type my problem

24 hrs has been already passed, there is still no answer or reply came to my email from spotify.
