I have this premium account, from which I was signed out after the last software upgrade, both on my

cell phone (android) and my computer (mac)

Now my password is not recognized, and when I ask for a password reset, I go t either a message

saying that "the option is not available at the moment, try again later" or "this email is not in our

database".

I try to find an email to contact support on their site, but with no success.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear this.

 

As you get the error with regards the email, i would recommended contacting Spotify this way:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/
