Email change issue

Email change issue

I am trying to change the email associated with my account but when I enter the new address is says it is already associated with another account.

 

However, when I sign in with that email (via the Gmail feature) it says there is no account associated with that email address. 

 

Help!

Thanks for reaching out.


Please try requesting a password reset for that email address, and see if anything arrives. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder too.
