Error 408

Error 408

Hi. Spotify doesn't let me in because "my country does not match" (error 408). The thing is: I'm in Spain, as my profile says. I've never opened Spotify in any other device, or country, since I have it.

So, what's happening and how can I solve it?

Hello!

It's a currently known issue that people are experiencing a country change in their setiings.

 

Please check if the country displayed in your profile settings matches the one you are currently in.

If it isn't, verify if you are able to change it.

If you can, your problem should be solved.

 

If not:
Please contact support here so they can help you change your country.
If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
