hi there i payed for spotify unlimited through facebook for the last 3 weeks code 410 has come up i am getting really annoyed sent 2 emails to spotify with no response so set up another account to email them again please advise me on what to do

hi i understand you can only see my throwinthehowell account but i can guarentee i paid for it it comes up an error has occured so i dont know what to do

Ok, it looks like we will need to search for your payment account.  Could you please reply back to the case with the email address that you use for Facebook?  I will then try and find that account for you.

Hey, I'm having the same issue, no reply with email for a good week now its honestly frustrating. The money was taken out of my account so its wasting my money as well. My account is "GPresto" Email "<<SNIP>>" and the case number is 00949649. Please address this issue shortly I use Spotify daily for my long commutes to school. I'd be nice to have my music back.

@GregPresto - I'm just going to hide that email address from the public to stop you from getting any spam (don't worry the staff can still see it). 

 

Would you be able to reply directly to that last automated email reply you got (even if its from no-reply) just to bump your case in the system?

Just checking to see if things are in motion. I haven't got an email yet. Is anyone on my case?

If you have replied your case will definitely be in the system to be answered as soon as possible. 

Normally error 410 issues are handled by the payments team, so it might be monday before you hear back I'm afraid.
