Error Code 3 & missing playlists

Error Code 3 & missing playlists

Had the error code 3 issue when logging in with username (out of the blue recently, had previously always worked fine). 

 

Now that I log in with my email address to fix that issue, I seem to have lost all playlists. Recover playlist feature tells me I have no deleted playlists. Also I've noticed that on the App window (on Desktop), it says my username is "alreadypicked", which it isn't, nor ever has been. 

 

Seems like some sort of bug that has disconnected my username account and my email address account - any advice?
