Error Logging In on website

My Question or Issue

Every time I try to log in to Spotify on my the web player it says that there's an error logging in, but it always lets my dad log in on the same device. I always log in with google, so I tried the option to connect a password to my account multiple times but I never got any of the reset password emails.

Can you let me know if this happens when you access the Web Player using a different browser or private window? If not, then I’d recommend clearing your cookies and cache and try signing in again.
