I'm getting charged twice for my Spotify. I had premium and switched to duo

I had my Spotify premium for about 6 months, found out about duo and changed my account to duo. Now I'm am billed twice a month. At the beginning and the middle of each month.

how can I merge my email with my fb account to have just 1 spotify profile?

I do have my FB associated to my gmail account but for spotify re two different sign in sessions and do not allow me to register my email on the account opened with facebook which is the premium account.
