Error code 18 windows 10

Hey, so many of you people know about error code 18, but i have only seen answers for windows 8 and they don't work. so i have tried to delete and dowload again. Restarted tons of times. Help me out here

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

In this case, please follow these steps: 

1. Close Spotify.
2. Open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc.
3. Go to the Processes tab.
4. Right-click on any processes containing “Spotify.” Select End Process.
5. Install Spotify.
