Error code 4, dsn problem

Just want vent my dissapoinment toward the service. I think a lot of users have same particular issue: error code 4 thingy. My account keep on offline eventhough i have both 4G and sometimes wifi worked on my phone. I pay for music but cannot listen to them. And now when i want to log in, there is dsn issue as well. Really sad but im thinking of unsubscribe.

If you could kindly screenshot the error code or message you're getting whenever you're getting it that would really help us figure out what the problem might be.

I have the same problem. i cant listen to music and im paying money for premium. Cant seem to find the problem. I want it fixed.
