i'm not using a vpn. i went on a vacation to portugal and to hungary, so the system might be a bit messy? i got emails in portugese when i tried to change my password, so..

As you mention you've been out traveling, could you double-check so your current region is up-to-date? You can do this on your account page > Account > Edit personal info.

Make sure to have a look under Don’t have Premium? on this page for more details on changing the region settings.

If this doesn't do the trick, it would be great if you could give it another shot using a different internet connection. For example, you can try on another WiFi or by creating a Hotspot on a mobile device. It's also worth checking that Spotify is allowed via the Firewall and to temporarily disable any anti-virus that you might be using, to see if you notice any difference.
