For two weeks, I can't connect.

This error message is appears : 

"Oups ! Une erreur s'est produite. Réessayez ou consultez notre rubrique d'aide."

My account is an account Facebook. The password is ok.

Just to check, are you trying to log in with Facebook, or with your account's username and password?

Which device/operating system is this on?

Are you able to log into our web player here?

If so, reinstalling the app should help. Try out these steps.

I try with my account's username and password on setup windows, iphone, player web,  ...

I try to reinstalling to.

Now i have open a new account and i haven't the problème
