Error message when trying to close account?!

Hi all,

I am trying to close my account but having trouble as when filling out the contact form it comes back with an error message.

Not sure why it's so hard to close an account in the first place but hey ho. If anyone can give me any advice as to how to delete my account I'd really appreciate it?
