Error on log in with Facebook (app and web)

Hi, 

The logging issue was reported previously and marked as solved but it is NOT fixed! Logging in with Facebook fails with error on both app an web: Login Error: There is an error in logging you into this application. Please try again later.Tried different browsers, incognito, clearing cache etc. Nothing works. I am posting this on behalf of a friend, premium user who cannot login and would really like to enjoy the services she is paying for. Please advise!

Hi @user-removed, welcome to the Spotify Community!

In this case, try to log in by using your Facebook email address as username and password. Make sure not to use the Log in with Facebook option.

If you're still unable to access, go to your Facebook profile > Settings > Apps, and remove Spotify from the list. Once you've done that, you should be able to log in with the blue button to log in with Facebook.
