I signed up for a premium Duo account in Australia. Have now moved to UK and want to change my monthly payments to a UK card. 

logged in on desktop, changed country, tried to change payment card and keep getting an error message saying ‘the string did not match the expected pattern’. Can anyone help please?

Can you please give it a try on a different device that is preferably using a different internet connection? 🙂
