Everything lost

My phone reset and in resetting up, I've lost my Spotify playlists, my account settings show me as premium but I'm only getting free service. My last bill payment went through. I have an Australian account and recently moved to hk. Not sure if this influences things. But would desperately love to get my play lists back, and stop hearing ads! PLEASE HELP!
