Hi. I have just subscribed to Spotify under premium hoping to pay 0.99 for 3months. instead they charged me the full price. Any idea what is going on?

 

Take note that I had the account of quite sometime but did not use and was under free status. until i upgraded it just yesterday. Is there a way to tell Spotify of the issue. I can seem to get their contact.

Have you ever had A Spotify Premium subscription or free trial?

 

Has a Spotify Premium Subscription ever been purchased using the payment method you are using?

 

If one of these is the case then unfortunately you are not eligible for the 3 month for 0.99 promotion 😞
