Face ID / code every time I want to listen to Spotify

how do I remove this. I have an iPhone 15 and every time I want to change a song it requires Face ID or phone code

That’s odd. Does this happen when you’re accessing the Spotify app after the phone’s unlocked? I'd also recommend a clean reinstall of the app following these steps to see if that makes a difference.
